• Client: Refers to any individual accessing or using the Clinic’s services.
• Services: Refers to all treatments, consultations, and programs offered by the Clinic.

2. Services and Consultations

• The Clinic offers wellness and anti-aging services, including but not limited to hormone optimization, nutritional counseling, and anti-aging therapies.
• Consultations and treatments are provided based on individual client needs and health assessments conducted by qualified medical professionals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about their health history, medications, and other relevant details necessary for safe and effective treatment.
• Clients are responsible for following the treatment plans and guidelines recommended by the Clinic’s healthcare providers.
• Clients understand that results may vary based on individual health factors and adherence to recommended protocols.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The Clinic accepts payment by cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
• All fees and charges are non-refundable once services have been provided, except as required by law.

5. Confidentiality

• The Clinic respects client confidentiality and adheres to applicable laws regarding the protection of personal health information.
• Client information and records are securely stored and only disclosed with client consent or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.
• Clients acknowledge that the results of treatments may vary, and the Clinic makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

7. Amendments

• The Clinic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Clients are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Clinic’s services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of New York.

By accessing or using the Clinic’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Clinic’s services.
