Returns Eligibility

  • Unopened Boxes: Unopened boxes of peptides may be returned within 60 days of the order date for a full refund to the original method of payment.

  • Opened Boxes: Opened boxes of peptides may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit only.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at returns@genechanger.com within the applicable return period (60 days for unopened boxes, 30 days for opened boxes). Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.

  4. Shipping: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Unopened Boxes: Once we receive your returned unopened boxes of peptides and verify their condition, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Opened Boxes: For opened boxes returned within the 30-day period, we will issue an exchange or store credit once the returned items are received and inspected.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior authorization or outside the specified return period may not be accepted.

  • Gene Changer Wellness & Anti-Aging Clinic reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee if the returned products are not in their original condition or do not meet our return policy guidelines.
